Danielle Davis is an Arizona native and has been involved in commercial real estate since 2005. Danielle began her career at Retail Brokers Inc., before joining LevRose in 2007. Ever since her primary focus has been retail leasing and sales throughout the Scottsdale area. In 2020, Danielle was named a Partner at LevRose and has continued to provide her clients with resourceful insight into the commercial real estate world. As an active member of the community, Danielle sits on the committee of Brokers for Kids and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Trenton McCullough transitioned into commercial real estate in 2011 after a career as a financial consultant. He first established himself at Sperry Van Ness where he worked closely with retail shopping center owners who were interested in buying and selling retail investment properties. After joining LevRose in 2015, Trenton’s specialty has been retail investment property sales in the Phoenix Metro Area. Trenton’s diverse background in finance has enabled him to assist his clients in achieving the highest value possible for their investments.

Branden Mondragon joined the LevRose team in 2021, after working for a local brokerage where he focused primarily on medical offices. Ever since Branden’s specialty has largely been retail and office spaces throughout Scottsdale. Combining his finance background with an exceptional work ethic Branden is dedicated to making sure his clients make the most educated commercial real estate decisions.

MARKETING DIRECTOR
Victoria Weiner joined LevRose in 2021, bringing extensive marketing knowledge and tactics with her. As a Marketing Director, Victoria is responsible for brand campaigns, broker emails, social platform strategy and content creation, communication with local media, and using web analytics to observe website traffic and conversions across different channels. Using her expertise in all aspects of marketing, Victoria oversees the integration of all platforms to ensure a cohesive presentation of all materials.
MOLLY GARNER
MARKETING COORDINATOR
Molly joined LevRose in 2023. As a Marketing Coordinator, Molly supports the firm by helping to present a cohesive image of the brand across all platforms. To fulfill this role, Molly is responsible for broker e-blasts, property brochures and social media posts. With her background in advertisement marketing, Molly brings a unique set of skills and knowledge to the team to help diversify how we market both brand and listings.
